We make decisions all the time. From the moment we wake up, we decide
what to do next.
We decide whether to sleep after school or watch TV after school,
whether to go to tuition class... decision-making goes on till you go to
sleep end of the day.
Sometimes, we also make a lot of decisions that don’t even seem like
Saying “yes” or “no” on the spur of the moment works pretty well most of
the time. But big decisions need a little more attention. And choosing
about friends and outings are as big as decisions ever get.
Make sure your decisions are the right ones. If you are confused, seek
help from your parents. They are the best genuine friends you can find
If you have planned your day, stick to the plans and don’t change them
unles it is important to change. Learn to say the strong statement
listed below, if need arise:
* “Not tonight. I have to study.”
* “No, thanks. I don’t take”
* “No, not for me!”
* “Hey! No way!”
* “Just leave me alone”
* “Shall ask my parents first”
* “I can’t”
* “Sorry, I have no time”
