Scarlett Johansson: A modern-day Marilyn Monroe?

As she strode down the red carpet in a black strapless Louis Vuitton, Scarlett Johansson was the very definition of old Hollywood glamour at Elle magazine’s Women In Hollywood celebration.
And perhaps it is fitting that Scarlett’s style has often garnered comparisons to the starlets of generations past, as some have even compared her to Hollywood’s most famous female icon.
“You have been called the modern day Marilyn Monroe,” Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson told Scarlett . “That’s such a great title. What do you think?”
“Well I’m a huge fan of Marilyn,” Scarlett said. “She was always so glamorous.. Certainly, she had an incredible kind of sexiness and grace which was unique”..
But does the 22-year-old actress see in herself what so many others do?

Bhool Bhulaiyya rakes in unexpected profits

It’s a surprise to see that Yash Raj films couldn’t do well. Bhool Bhulaiyya has done better than Laaga Chunari Mein Daag in the overseas. LCMD on the other hand is the story of a woman who is transformed from an illiterate to a very posh and educated girl. However it has not done as well as Bhool Bhulaiyya. Checking out the actual grosses in the UK, during the first weekend, Bhool Bhulaiyaa collected $598,341 with an impressive print average of $13,296. In comparison, Laaga Chunari Mein Daag obtained $501,714 with a good print average of $11,149. In the US, Bhool Bhulaiyaa grossed $512,000 with a print average of $9,309.
