Lanka women’s captain Chamari injured

Sri Lanka national women's captain Chamari Atapattu has injured her right fourth and fifth fingers while doing a gym session. 

She underwent surgery and had 16 stitches inserted to both fingers. The injury rules Chamari out of the first and second ODIs against the visiting West Indies Women.

Yashoda Mendis has been included in the squad as cover for Chamari.
