President Maithripala Sirisena at a breakfast meeting with heads of media institutions at President's House this morning said that all 225 Members of Parliament are in one mind about doing away with the Proportional Representation system, but added that they want the next Parliamentary Election to be held under the PR system and not as per reforms envisaged in the proposed 20th Amendment to the Constitution.

The President said that the 20th amendment will be discussed in Parliament in the next two days and expressed confidence that a consensus would be reached.
