The former Leader of the Women's Wing of the LTTE's Sea Tigers has been taken into custody at the Bandaranaike International Airport as she was attempting to leave the country. The government’s Right to Information (RTI) Bill should be expanded to cover private companies and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), activists have pointed out.
