An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 8-year-old girl.
Alessia Muhaj may be with Renato Muhaj, FDLE says
PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – An Amber Alert was issued Monday morning for a missing 8-year-old girl out of Pinellas County.
Alessia Muhaj, 8, was last seen in the area of the 1700th block of Clearwater Largo Road North in Clearwater.
The girl may be traveling with Renato Muhaj, 34, who is described as being 6 feet tall, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The two may be in a gold 2017 Kia Sportage with Florida tag number EJIJ99.
If you see the two or the vehicle, do not approach and call 911 immediately.
According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the alert has been issued for Alessia Muhaj, who was last seen in the area of the 1700 block of Clearwater Largo Road North in Clearwater.
Officials said the child may be in the company of Renato Muhaj.
They may be traveling in a 2017 gold Kia Sportage, with a Florida tag number, EJI-J99.
Authorities are advising that anyone who knows of their whereabouts or has information of their location, contact the FDLE or Largo Police at (727) 587-6730 or call 911.
