Westbound lanes of NW Blitchton Rd. blocked from NW 27th Ave. to 32nd Ave.
OCALA, Fla. – A bicyclist was killed after being involved in a crash with a vehicle on Sunday evening, according to the Ocala Police Department.
Police said the deadly crash happened in the 3100 block of NW Blitchton Rd., near Sunbelt Rentals around 6:35 p.m.
According to Ocala police, the crash involved a vehicle and a bicyclist, but no other details were released.

The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
All westbound lanes of NW Blitchton Rd. are expected to be blocked from NW 27th Ave. to 32nd Ave. for several hours.
The crash remains under investigation.
