Restaurant opened in 2015
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The high-end Dr, Phillips restaurant SLATE closed on Wednesday without offering much in the way of an explanation for shuttering its doors.
The restaurant announced the closure on Instagram and on the homepage of its website with the following message:
“To our wonderful customers,
It is with a heavy heart we announce the permanent closure of our restaurant. We extend our sincere gratitude for your loyalty and support throughout the years.
Farewell, and thank you for being a cherished part of our community.”
SlateThe post did not offer any reasons for the closure and the rest of the restaurant’s social media page had been completely purged of any other posts.
