An easyJet flight from Alicante to Belfast International Airport has been met by police upon arrival due to a passenger allegedly behaving disruptively onboard.
It's reported to have happened on Monday, April 7. The airline said such incidents are "rare", but they are taken "very seriously" and that easyJet does "not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour".
An easyJet statement said: "easyJet flight EZY3022 from Alicante to Belfast on 7 April was met by police upon arrival due to a passenger behaving disruptively onboard.

"easyJet's cabin crew are trained to assess and evaluate all situations and acted quickly and appropriately to ensure that the safety of the flight and other passengers was not compromised at any time. While such incidents are rare we take them very seriously and do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour.
"The safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew is always easyJet's priority."
