Mason Miller last seen Dec. 11
POLK COUNTY, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing and endangered 12-year-old boy last seen Monday evening.
Mason Miller was last seen around 5 p.m. in the area of the 2100 block of Derwent Drive in the Davenport area.
A missing child alert was issued by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. This type of alert is issued when these criteria are met:
The child is under the age of 18.
Law enforcement has a well-founded belief, based on an active investigation, that the child is in danger of death or serious bodily injury.
There is a detailed description or photograph of the child to broadcast to the public.
The local law enforcement agency of jurisdiction recommends activation.
Mason was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black shorts and black Crocs. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds.
