Foraging walk near Chicago beach teaches residents about edible plants they didn't know grew in the heart of the city

Professional forager Dave Odd confidently declared he could start a Sunday tour at Wilson Skate Park by identifying five edible plants right underneath his feet. Taking a step forward, he pointed to a dandelion and called it "the most obvious" edible plant.
