Police have named the man who died in a road traffic collision in Co Down on Christmas Eve.
John Hanna, who was 34 and from Downpatrick, died following the single-vehicle collision on the Downpatrick Road in Ballynahinch just before 4.45pm on Tuesday, 24th December.
At the time police said that officers received a report at approximately 4.45pm, that a car had been involved in a collision. Officers attended, alongside colleagues from partner emergency services. Sadly, the driver died at the scene.

A PSNI spokesperson said on Boxing Day: "Collision Investigation Unit detectives continue to investigate the circumstances of the tragic collision, and would like to hear from witnesses or anyone who may have captured dash-cam or other footage which could assist with our enquiries.
"Please call on 101, quoting reference 967 of 24/12/24," they added.
