Live updates as emergency services attend multiple-vehicle collision in Co Antrim

The emergency services are currently in attendance at a multiple-vehicle collision between Ballymena and Ballymoney.

Motorists are being advised to avoid Frosses Road between the two Co Antrim towns this evening following the collision, with the northbound lane being completely closed to traffic.

Diversion have been put in place and police are asking driveres to seek alternative routes if possible.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Motorists are advised of a multiple-vehicle collision on Frosses Road, between Ballymena and Ballymoney. Local diversions are in place, but the northbound lanes are completely closed to traffic. Please seek an alternative route where possible.
