Man shot, killed at Orlando 7-Eleven, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man was shot and killed Thursday at a 7-Eleven in Orlando by someone known to him, according to police.

Officers located the victim just after noon at 6401 S. Chickasaw Trail, a statement reads.

The suspected shooter had run away by the time police arrived, according to the statement.

With the alleged shooter still at large, no word has yet come down regarding potential threats to the public.

Further details were not immediately shared as homicide detectives remained at the scene.
