Man who stalked ex by driving round with posters of her stuck to van handed restraining order

Neil Chapple harassed his ex-girlfriend Kelly Ann Stokes over a week-long period earlier this year. The 53-year-old followed her into a Morrisons in Basingstoke and put posters of her on his van.
