Natalie Portman keeps it casual in a $7,000 designer outfit as she runs errands in Sydney

Hollywood star Natalie Portman has been living in Sydney with her family as she films the fourth installment of the Thor franchise.

And on Monday, the 39-year-old was spotted snacking on a Carman's nut bar while running errands in the Harbour City.

She dressed in a casual yet expensive designer outfit totalling $7,000.

The Oscar winner teamed a $1,750 Christian Dior T-shirt with 'I love Paris' written on the front, with a pair of denim jeans and white sneakers.

She accessorised with cat-eye sunglasses and a $5,600 cross-body bag from the French luxury label, for which Natalie is a brand ambassador.

The Black Swan star was seen carrying a black canvas bag to the back of her car.

Natalie has gone largely unnoticed in Australia, and appears to have fit in easily with the laid-back locals in trendy areas like Byron Bay and Bondi Beach.

The actress and her director husband Benjamin Millepied, along with their children Aleph, nine, and Amalia, four, have been Down Under since November last year.

She's also been spotted in the grandstands at several football events recently.

Last month, Natalie attended an NRL game in Sydney alongside fellow A-Listers Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky.

In November, she also visited a Melbourne Demons AFL training session at Gosch's Paddock.

Natalie is reprising her role as astrophysicist Jane Foster in Thor: Love and Thunder, and her character will gain powers similar to Thor.

The film is scheduled for release on May 6, 2022.
