LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – Three years to the day since the Capitol riot, three “January 6 fugitives” were arrested in Lake County, according to a statement from the FBI Tampa Division.

Federal arrest warrants were reportedly executed Saturday morning at a ranch in Groveland, where Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michele Pollock and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III were taken into custody, the statement reads.

Wanted posters now peppered with the word “Captured” warned that the trio should be considered armed and dangerous.

For Jonathan Pollock — described as a 24-year-old welder and ironworker native to Florida — the FBI advertised a reward of up to $30,000 for information leading to his arrest and conviction regarding the assaulting, resisting or impeding of certain officers or employees, aiding and abetting, theft of government property, restricted building or grounds without lawful authority (sic) and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. With the exception of theft of government property, the posters for Olivia Pollock, 33, and Hutchinson, 27, listed the same alleged crimes.

The FBI’s website states Jonathan Pollock, Olivia Pollock and Hutchinson have already been “indicted on charges of assaulting law enforcement during the January 6 Capitol breach.” The three are scheduled to appear Monday, Jan. 8, in federal court in Ocala, according to the FBI.

Body-worn camera video shared by the FBI shows a man who investigators identify as Jonathan Pollock grab, rush, tackle, kick and punch U.S. Capitol police officers on Jan. 6, 2021, at one point using a riot shield to push through and strike the officers.

More than 1,200 people across the country have so far been arrested and charged with crimes stemming from the events of Jan. 6, 2021, according to the U.S. Justice Department. Nearly two-thirds of cases involving Central Florida defendants have already been resolved in court.

Pending further details on the trio’s backgrounds, these three latest captures may bring the total number of Central Floridians arrested in connection to the Capitol riot to 41, with 22 of those cases resolved and all but one resulting in convictions.
