Part of Highway 20 closed in Idaho Falls following major crash

IDAHO FALLS — All lanes of US Highway 20 are closed in both directions from Lindsay Boulevard to I-15 following a major crash.

The closure is expected to last for several hours as police investigate the collision, according to Idaho Falls Police spokeswoman Jessica Clements. Drivers need to find alternate routes.

Idaho Falls Police initially responded to the crash along with Idaho Falls Fire. Idaho State Police is investigating.
