Attempt to Serve

At 8:17 p.m. on Monday, 34-year-old Dillon Walter was arrested on Teal Street on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.

Domestic Dispute

At 11:06 p.m. on Monday, 23-year-old Brandon McClearn was arrested on Vista Drive for domestic violence criminal mischief. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 4:38 p.m. on Monday, 67-year-old Larence James Sullivan was cited for failure to provide information after an accident,

Out With Subject or Situation

At 1:19 a.m. on Monday, 62-year-old William Coleman was cited and released on Mendenhall Mall Road for violating conditions of release.

Theft

At 9:40 a.m. on Monday, a 68-year-old male reported his Honda Element was stolen on Berners Avenue.

At 1:38 p.m. on Monday, a 36-year-old female reported the theft of food items from a business on Egan Drive.

At 3:47 p.m. on Monday, a 35-year-old female reported a 33-year-old male stole money from her on Postal Way.
