Nobody has been arrested in connection to the incident but the Idaho Falls Police Department released dash camera video from an officer’s vehicle Monday night showing a person of interest crossing the street near where Paredas-Hurtado was found.

“The officer was turning onto Northgate Mile from May Street when this footage was captured. After this person crossed May Street, the officer turned south onto Northgate Mile and shortly thereafter spotted Mr. Paredes-Hurtado where he was laying on the sidewalk in front of businesses in the 500 block of Northgate Mile,” a statement from the police department says.
