Primark has once again caught the attention of shoppers with its latest collaboration, this time partnering with the globally adored doughnut company Krispy Kreme.
The fashion retailer is offering a range of items adorned with the iconic red and green logo, including graphic t-shirts, pyjamas, sliders, hats, bags, and more. The collection has hit Primark stores across the UK and is also up for grabs online, with prices ranging from £3.50 to £18. However, fans will need to act swiftly as the collection is only available until May 8.
Primark said of the collection: "Just when you thought Krispy Kreme couldn't get any better, they've brought their signature sweetness into Primark stores for a new fashion collaboration. Think graphic print T-shirts, head-turning accessories and cosy pyjama sets - this is a collection you won't be able to resist!"
The launch has sparked a buzz on social media after New Foods UK posted images of the collection in store, prompting a flurry of comments from eager customers. One enthusiast remarked: "I'd unironically buy this because Krispy Kreme is one of my favourite things in the world."
Another shopper added: "Saw these in London funny enough opposite the Krispy Kreme."
"Get yourself in there," urged one friend to another, clearly excited about the new collection. "This is what I was going to buy you," revealed someone else, tagging their pal.
One commenter speculated on the target audience: "Aimed at the same crowd that bought the Greggs range?" However, not all feedback was positive. One person expressed their bafflement: "Never understood these food range clothes, Greggs McDonalds etc. Why would you want to walk around like you've got their uniform on?".
Another simply asked: "Who even buys this s****?" "The clothes are probably cheaper than the donuts," added another.
