Several people were hospitalized after a United Airlines flight was forced to divert after experiencing severe turbulence.
High winds forced a flight from Tel-Aviv, which was intended for Newark Airport, to instead land at Stewart International Airport in Orange County, New York, Westchester News 12 reported.
The flight tracking site, FlightAware shows that the plane approached Newark airport before circling back North and landing at Stewart Airport.
