Colombo (News 1st); Venerable Jaburewela Chandarathana Thero and another person were arrested on Thursday (08) for causing damage to a police vehicle during a protest in Fort, Colombo.
Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana speaking to News 1st said the incident had taken place on Thursday (08) morning.
