A 47-year-old woman has been charged with multiple offences, including theft and harassment, following an investigation into the alleged harassment of a Northern Irish MP.
The woman had been arrested following searches of a property in the Kylestone Road area of Bangor on Wednesday 26th February.
Belfast Live understands that police seized a number of electronic devices as part of the investigation.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police have charged a 47-year-old woman with multiple offences, including theft and harassment, following a search at a property in the Kylestone Road area of Bangor on Wednesday 26th February.
"She is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates Court on Wednesday 26th March. As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS."
