7-Foot Bolaji Badejo, A Nigerian Design Student And One-time Actor, Wearing His Costume From The Classic Sci-Fi Thriller Alien, 1978. He died from sickle cell anaemia at the age of 39. Badejo was discovered in a Soho pub by a member of director Ridley Scott's casting team, who had been searching for a candidate to play the titular creature in his science fiction film Alien. 

Alien is a science fiction horror film directed by Ridley Scott and starring Tom Skerrit, Sigourney Weaver, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, John Hurt, Ian Holm and Yaphet Kotto. The first media in the Alien franchise, the film focuses on a highly aggressive extraterrestrial creature that gets aboard a haulage spacecraft, where it begins stalking and killing its crew.
