Shin Dong-woo was appointed as the general manager of Haleon Korea in May 2022.
Within just two months, he successfully completed the significant task of spinning off the company from GSK, maintaining smooth business operations amid major changes in the purpose and identity of the company and effectively responding to the market.
With over a decade of experience in the consumer health care industry at global pharmaceutical giants like Pfizer and Sanofi, Shin is dedicated to positioning Haleon Korea as the country's most trusted consumer health care brand. Prioritizing open communication, he hosts quarterly two-way discussions and an annual company-wide refresh workshop to foster teamwork and collaborative corporate culture.
