How to cancel Amazon Music Unlimited

3 weeks ago 1312

If you don’t want to use Amazon’s Music Unlimited service anymore, canceling it is a pretty straightforward process. It only takes a minute or two and there are multiple ways of doing it, depending on where you signed up for it.

However, you can’t end your subscription through the Amazon Music app itself, which is a bit strange. So to get the job done, you’ll have to use a web browser or go through the Apple App Store if you purchased a subscription that way.

Cancel Amazon Music Unlimited using a desktop or mobile browser

The most straightforward way to cancel a subscription is by using a desktop or mobile browser. The steps are pretty simple:

Open the Amazon Music Settings webpage. Scroll to Amazon Music Unlimited. Click on Cancel subscription. Confirm by clicking on Cancel subscription in the pop-up.

The steps are exactly the same for a mobile or desktop browser. And if you aren’t sure you want to cancel right now, you can choose to Send me a reminder and get a notification three days before your subscription renews.
