Launching this month in South Florida and New York City, the platform believes social factors like age, income, and education influence buyers' decisions over home layouts. A Realtor.com survey shows that 25% of buyers are swayed by local politics.
Oyssey also simplifies working with agents and streamlines contract negotiations.
While marketed as a subscription service, it's free via agent invitations. The platform simplifies homebuying, capitalizing on recent changes requiring buyers to sign contracts and negotiate agent fees upfront.
