Babymonster, the latest girl group from K-pop powerhouse YG Entertainment, is set to make its U.S. television debut as it gears up for its first American tour.

According to an announcement from the label on Saturday, the group will perform "DRIP," one of the two lead tracks from its debut full-length album, on two American shows: NBC's "The Kelly Clarkson Show" and FOX 5's live morning program "Good Day New York" — on Thursday (local time).

In addition to television appearances, Babymonster will connect with American fans through major radio shows, including "iHeartRadio" and "The Zach Sang Show." The group is also scheduled to take part in "Global Spin Live," an event hosted by the Grammy Museum.

The agency added that the group's U.S. promotions would give global fans a chance to experience the group's"limitless charm."

"Babymonster will be making its first official introduction to U.S. audiences through some of the country's top television programs," YG said in the statement. "With their powerful live performances, they are expected to leave a strong impression on viewers."

Babymonster launched its first world tour in January with two concerts at Seoul's KSPO Dome, Jan. 25 and 26. The shows quickly went viral as the group's seven members — Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita — delivered impeccable live performances, a common expectation in the K-pop scene where emphasis is often placed on amazing choreography-driven performances.

The group is now gearing up for its first American tour, with stops in Newark, New Jersey, on Feb. 28 and Los Angeles on March 2.
