Comedian Park Na-rae revealed that she has successfully lost 14 kilograms and is maintaining her current weight.

A video titled "Park Na-rae’s worst omakase experience" was uploaded Monday to the YouTube channel YOUTUBOOM.

During the video, host Boom shared, "I also lost about 8 kg." Park Na-rae responded in surprise, saying, "You suddenly got slimmer." Boom then asked her, "How much weight have you lost?"

Last year, Park Na-rae gained attention when she joined MBC’s variety show "I Live Alone" for a diet challenge alongside her "Palm Oil Siblings" co-stars Jun Hyun-moo and Lee Jang-woo. She had impressed viewers with her noticeably toned physique during a body profile shoot.

Park Na-rae shared that she has maintained her weight loss through strict management. "At my heaviest, I was 62 kg, and now I am 48 kg," she said, drawing attention.

She also reflected on her body fat percentage, saying, "During my peak 'Palm Oil' days, I had more body fat than those two (Jun Hyun-moo and Lee Jang-woo). It was at 34 percent, meaning one-third of my body was fat. But during a recent health check, it had dropped to 22 percent." She added with satisfaction, "My stylist is the happiest about it, saying, 'Thank you so much.'"

Park Na-rae also shared a humorous story about her fitness journey. "I worked out with my personal trainer for six months, and my lat muscles started growing bigger. I found it strange and asked about it, and my trainer said, 'If your lats look bigger, your waist will look slimmer.' Apparently, they were planning to give me Brock Lesnar’s physique," she said, making everyone laugh.
